The mayor offers water supply to his town very far from the city. This town needs water supply so the mayor decided to bid a supply of water to his town.
Two bidders won and the mayor decided to make an agreement by testing both sides, who will win?
The major and the town got happy, after a week the 1st person supply his water, while the 2nd person is not yet provide his water service to the town.
After a year, the second person came and formally opens his water service to the town. The mayor amazed that the water is more efficient and more low cost than the 1st person. The 2nd person WON.
Way on their preparation. 1. 1st person - get his water on the river and transport water by a track. 2. 2nd person - hire engineer, build a company and connect river from the town and this was the idea of water system nowadays.
LESSON: OLD SCHOOL CANNOT GIVE YOU YOUR FUTURE NEEDS.
